As a Salesforce consulting firm, we bring together a diverse and talented team of world-class consultants, business analysts, and developers who thrive on intellectual curiosity, a commitment to growth, and a drive to challenge conventional thinking. For over 18 years, we have been a trusted Salesforce partner, delivering industry-specific consulting services that include implementations, transformation advisory, and managed services. Our mission is to help our clients achieve measurable improvements in revenue, profitability, and productivity while enhancing the day-to-day experiences of their employees through innovative, impactful solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our global team. This role offers the opportunity to further enhance your expertise on one of the fastest-growing and most exciting cloud platforms: Salesforce! If you have a solid background in object-oriented programming (e.g., Java), proficiency in front-end and back-end web development, and fluency in technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, this position could be an excellent next step in your career. You’ll continue to grow your Salesforce skills through hands-on, collaborative work on client projects, while leveraging robust training resources to deepen your knowledge and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

-Help build V2's technical capabilities across the areas of code development, integration, and advanced data extraction, transformation, and loading.

-Develop code-based solutions for clients and contribute to V2 internal solutions in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and VisualForce (which may include Javascript, CSS, and HTML) as needed.

-Develop middleware or code-based integrations between the Salesforce platform and other systems as needed.

-Improve V2's processes and systems to support the continuous evolution of technical solution development. Key activities may include, but are not limited to, growing V2's understanding and execution around coding standards, security standards, code version control, testing methodologies, API compatibility oversight, governor limits and other areas critical to building a world-class development organization.

-Support the translation of business requirements into technical requirements and incorporation of business findings and recommendations into intelligent system designs.

-Design business requirements and specifications for Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce-based solutions to be created by the V2 Development team. Drive internal conversations to build consensus around technical designs.

-Work closely with V2's global development resources around end-to-end lifecycle management of code and/or integration-related builds spanning requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live bug resolution.

-Support the presentation of designs and solutions to clients through informal and formal conference room pilot demonstrations both in-person and virtual.

-Obtain and maintain appropriate Salesforce certifications and demonstrate continual growth in Salesforce platform knowledge.

Ideal Background:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, including customization of standard objects and fields and creation of custom objects and fields.

- Knowledge across multiple clouds and products such as Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, or other.

- Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce development, with experience designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Salesforce.com solutions.

- Strong working knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

- Experience with Salesforce Industry Cloud (Vlocity) is a plus.
