Join Our Growing Auto Financing Team!

Exciting opportunities are unfolding in our Auto Financing department, and we are looking for a passionate Sales Representative to help customers secure financing for their vehicles, including cars, trucks, and more!

NOTE: This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position in downtown Vancouver.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assess customer needs and offer tailored auto financing solutions.
  • Guide customers through the auto financing process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collect and verify all necessary documentation and information for loan approval.
  • Educate customers on available financing options, loan terms, interest rates, and conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

What You Should Already Have:

  • Ability to clearly explain auto financing options, terms, and conditions to customers.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Motivation to grow within a new and expanding department with opportunities for career advancement.

What We Will Give You: 

  • Full training by successful managers (all have done the job themselves) is provided at the beginning of your job and throughout your employment.

Compensation:

All new hires start at Level 1, with a clear path to advancement based on performance:

  • Level 1: $50,000 base salary + bonus.
  • Level 2: $60,000 base salary + bonus. Base salary increases upon meeting performance metrics.

Projected Yearly Earnings:

  • Level 1: $55,500 – $68,000
  • Level 2: $65,500 – $90,000
