We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing Sales Operations Team. This individual will be primarily responsible for supporting our Sales Funnels. To be successful in this role, you will have experience working cross functionally, experience in building reports and dashboards (ideally in Salesforce), and you have an eye for problem solving. Using data to drive decisions is in your wheelhouse, and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty to turn trouble into an opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Support the Sales Team by leveraging our tech stack to help the team be more efficient and effective
- Participate in reporting, dashboard creation and data management requests across Salesforce & Excel
- Provide analysis and strategic insights from the teams performance data
- Assist the Sales Operations team in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies while facilitating continuous process improvements
- Look for opportunities to optimize sales channels; identify, scope and implement these opportunities with support of sales management
What You Bring
- You have 1-3 years of experience in an operational role within a SaaS organization
- You have successfully completed a University or College Degree in a relevant field (ie. Business Admin)
- You are familiar with CRMs (Salesforce is a bonus) with experience pulling reports, building dashboards and looking at metrics
- You have experience managing 3rd party vendor relationships and tools
- You are a business analyst with the ability to understand the “why” and not just the “what”
- You have demonstrated experience taking on projects, quickly making an impact, and handing it off better shape than you received it
- You are a natural leader, with a proven track record of moving initiatives forward without having direct control/oversight of resources in matrixed environments
- You are always promoting a solution-orientated attitude while working across different teams in a fast-paced environment
