The Role
We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team. In this role, your main responsibility will be to ensure our commercial and marketing leaders and team members have the processes, systems, and reporting in place to succeed. You will assess current workflows, identify areas of friction and implement solutions that drive revenue growth. This includes having a good understanding of the current processes and systems, along with the company’s targets and goals. You will help maintain our sales hub, provide trainings and guidance to commercial teams, improve the onboarding experience, ensure data integrity, and develop reports in our CRM. This role is central to driving operational excellence at Flywheel.
What You Will Do:
- Ensure commercial and marketing teams have access to the necessary tools and that those tools are fully integrated and reportable
- Understand the entire customer journey to implement processes that will enable client and revenue growth
- Work cross functionally (Marketing Ops, DevOps, CS Ops, FinOps, Sales) to ensure internal processes are adhered to and data capture is accurate
- Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams on tools, processes, and best practices.
- Work with sales leadership to onboard new team members effectively
- Establish data quality standards and ensure consistent adherence across teams.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data cleanliness and accuracy in Salesforce.
- Act as a liaison between sales teams and leadership, ensuring smooth communication of updates and changes
- Maintain our sales hub with key documentation for the team
Who You Are:
- You have experience (ideally 3+ years) in Sales Operations, Salesforce administration, or a related field
- You are knowledgeable of B2B sales and marketing processes and systems (Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Navigator, among others)
- You are a driver of efficiency – you are able proactively identify gaps and implement strategies to streamline processes and optimize workflows
- You have experience identifying and removing barriers to commercial growth
- You are proficient at building reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Google Sheets /Excel
- You can understand what data is saying and ensure data is easily accessible and digestible to the appropriate audiences
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are results oriented with a sense of urgency and can see things through to completion
- Ability to work and deliver independently and in a team environment

The Interview Process:
Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.
Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
