As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Inside Sales Account Executives, drive sales growth, mentor team members, and collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience while achieving revenue targets.

As a Manager, SMB Sales at HHAeXchange, you will be responsible for leading a team of Inside Sales Account Executives in attainment of monthly and quarterly quotas. As an integral part of our continued growth, you will be responsible for providing continuous mentorship and coaching for your AEs, refining the sales process, becoming an industry expert in your region, and working cross functionally within the sales, marketing, and implementation organizations to provide a stellar experience for prospective customers.
This role requires a hybrid schedule, requiring 3 days per week (Tues/Wed/Thurs) in our New York City headquarters (8:30am–5:30pm).

- Recruit, hire, coach, and manage a team of Inside Sales Account Executives
- Proactively identify and launch initiatives to drive growth and operational excellence
- Monitor and refine processes, metrics, and tools to maximize success on your team
- Achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline and revenue targets
- Report on pipeline-building metrics and forecast to the VP of Sales
- Collaborate with sales enablement for targeted training and development
- Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
- Empower your team to take ownership of their territory
- Ensure that team metrics are aligned with the broader organizational objectives
- Provide insightful feedback from prospect conversations to product, sales, and marketing leadership
- Travel to conferences and industry events, client site visits as necessary

Travel Requirements
- Travel 10-25%, including overnight travel
Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills
- 5+ years of experience managing high performing sales teams in a high velocity sales cycle
- Strong understanding of sales best practices & methodologies
- Experience selling to first-time technology buyers
- Humility and empathy for the challenges our prospects face on a daily basis in the homecare industry
- Bonus: experience selling into the healthcare or homecare industry
The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $135,000 - $150,000, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
