Sales Enablement Manager
This job is hybrid and candidates must be available to work in one of our COE locations: Tampa, FL; DC metro area, SF Bay Area or Austin, TX
Position Summary:
The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for enhancing the productivity and success of Deepwatch’s sales team by developing and implementing effective sales enablement programs and initiatives. This role bridges the gap between marketing, sales, and product to ensure consistent messaging, streamlined processes, and improved performance sales. This individual will equip the sales organization with the necessary tools, training, and resources to position and sell Deepwatch. Additionally, this role will drive channel and partner enablement programs to support Deepwatch’s go-to-market strategy and expand sales capabilities through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead onboarding programs for new sales hires and outsourced BDRs
- Assess the sales organization’s needs to identify areas for improvement in skills, knowledge, and available resources.
- Develop and implement strategic sales enablement training programs to enhance sales team productivity and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales leadership to align sales enablement initiatives with company goals and messaging.
- Lead the creation and execution of training programs, sales playbooks, onboarding processes, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Develop and execute channel and partner enablement programs to ensure resellers and tech alliance partners are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to drive sales success.
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of sales and partner enablement efforts and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide sales teams and partners with relevant tools, resources, and content to improve sales performance and engagement with customers.
- Develop and maintain a centralized repository of sales content that is easily accessible, relevant, and up to date for the sales team
- Create sales content such as playbooks, sales presentations, case studies, solution briefs, and battlecards.
- Host ongoing weekly enablement sessions to reinforce product knowledge, go-to-market messaging, and selling strategies.
- Manage the budget and resources allocated for sales enablement initiatives.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance sales enablement strategies.
- Administer and support sales enablement tools.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving sales team productivity through effective enablement strategies.
- Experience in developing and executing channel and partner enablement programs.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance-tracking tools to assess the success of enablement initiatives.
- Sales certifications (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger)
- Experience in the cybersecurity or technology industry is a plus.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $138,000 to $160,000 + stock options + benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
