We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help grow our Fiverr business solutions business. As an SDR you will bring your expertise in prospecting and managing top-of-funnel activities to grow your pipeline of high-value opportunities and support the sales team in meeting their quarterly targets.
You will leverage various sales and lead generation tools, events, and marketing campaigns to qualify potential leads for the sales team as well as Outbound initiatives. You will engage prospects over the phone and email and qualify them for online or F2F presentations.
Your day to day will also include operational work around matching our clients with the relevant freelancers based on their business needs and projects.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $54,000-$72,000. Our salary is to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, locations and other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for Commission, equity and benefits.
What am I going to do?
- Conduct both automated and manual outreach to our target addressable market to engage prospects and qualify leads through product inbox, calls, emails, and social media
- Analyzing Fiverr buyers' data to identify potential opportunities amongst the existing
- Qualify and reach out to inbound leads
- Outbound and direct reach-outs based on needs and business goals
- Schedule initial discovery calls with qualified prospects for Account Executives
- Develop, launch, and execute new outbound lead strategies/campaigns
- Work closely and collaboratively with Marketing and Sales to promote and execute successful events and target prospective buyers through targeted campaigns
- Gain deep knowledge of the marketplace and Fiverr’s business solutions that will support your ability to match our clients with the right service/product and the right freelancer/agency, when needed
- Display self-discipline and focus to effectively manage an intense and high volume business; strong time management skills
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals and production levels as defined by sales management
Requirements
- Dynamic, pro-active, curious high-energy sales professional with 2-4 years of SDR experience within an intense, fast-paced, goal-oriented environment - ideally from a technology company
- Native English speaker - a MUST
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce and/or Hubspot) - a MUST
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and self-directed; Fast learner
- Comfortable in supporting and working with global customers across many time zones
- Experience with various sales tools (Sales Navigator, clear bit, SalesLoft, Calendly, etc) advantage
- Ability to work closely with other team members, communicate well - share and get feedback.
