What You'll Do

  • Drive outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to strategic accounts and MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads)
  • Qualify leads and secure meetings with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies and hand off qualified opportunities smoothly
  • Hit weekly activity targets and pipeline contribution goals (SQL/SAL targets)
  • Manage your day-to-day like a pro - from touchpoints to follow-ups, using tools like Salesforce and Outreach
  • Contribute ideas to improve SDR messaging, outreach, and process

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of B2B sales experience - ideally in software/SaaS
  • Strong written & spoken communication skills in English (French is a plus)
  • A curious mind, a learner’s attitude, and a drive to master our platform
  • Comfortable with cold outreach - you know how to spark interest and start conversations across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Empathy and adaptability - you know how to tailor your approach to each conversation
  • A self-starter mindset and a serious appetite for growth
  • Comfort with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Bonus: Experience with buyer intent tools like 6Sense
