Sales/Business Development Manager

Hit high outbound KPIs, close sales, onboard clients, oversee guard hiring/training/scheduling, manage invoicing and payments, and coordinate with regional leadership to tailor security solutions and ensure service delivery.
Armour Security & Protection Services Corporation is a fast-growing Canadian security company delivering reliable services across various sectors, including retail, commercial, industrial, and events. We are currently seeking a results-oriented Sales/Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base and deliver customized security solutions.
What We Offer:
- Starting base salary of approx. $57,000/year
- 10% monthly profit commission for each client you bring in for the first year (no cap)
- 5% performance bonus annually
- Base salary increase to $62,000 in year two
- Monday to Friday schedule – no weekends

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through cold calls, warm leads, emails, and networking
- Make 80+ calls per day and book at least 8 meetings per week with prospects
- Close sales and ensure successful onboarding of new clients
- Oversee post-sale operations including hiring, training, and scheduling guards
- Ensure staff coverage, monitor attendance, and handle emergency staffing requests
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager and National Director on growth strategies
- Manage client invoicing and follow up on payments
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Track client needs and tailor security service solutions accordingly
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience or a strong desire to build a career in sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to meet targets
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Security industry experience is an asset but not required
- Must be able to travel locally to meet clients in person.

- Year 2: $62,732.80 (includes 4% vacation pay only; sick pay is unpaid)
- Year 3: $69,222.40 (includes 4% vacation pay)
