Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Operations Manager is a pivotal, cross-functional role that will drive ourpush towards world class customer service by standing up efficient commercial processes. This
position is embedded in the commercial and operational aspects of our Automation business Unit
interfacing across departments helping to improve our processes and execution.
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and implement commercial processes.
Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
Analyze sales data and provide insights and recommendations to commercial team and management.
Oversee the CRM usage to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Develop and implement sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and optimize the sales pipeline.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field.
MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, or global procurement.
3+ years of experience in sales or marketing operations or related field.
Experience with sales forecasting and analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Power Platform experience preferred).
Travel:
Travel, both domestic and international, may be required approximately 10%.
