Job Summary
We are seeking Sales & Marketing Officers to support the promotion and sales of the organization’s unique hospitality–agriculture offering, which blends luxury, beauty, nature, comfort, and authentic experiences. The role is responsible for executing sales and marketing activities that drive bookings, customer engagement, and brand visibility, while delivering a consistent and premium guest experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales and marketing activities to drive bookings for accommodation, events, dining, and experiential offerings, including lead follow-ups and customer conversions.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event planners, and other strategic stakeholders to grow revenue opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media, email, print, and on-ground activations.
- Manage day-to-day social media engagement and assist with website content, online listings, and OTA platform updates to ensure strong brand visibility.
- Coordinate marketing materials and campaign assets with internal teams, designers, vendors, and external partners.
- Ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and messaging across all sales and marketing communications.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align promotions with business goals and guest experience standards.
- Track basic sales and marketing performance, prepare activity reports, and gather customer and market insights to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration,Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles, preferably within hospitality, tourism, food, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and hospitality sales channels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Basic analytical skills with an interest in tracking performance and improving results.
