Responsibilities
Design, develop and ship complex features, indexing on performance and benchmarking
Own development throughout the entire lifecycle, with a focus on deep collaboration, quick iteration cycles and incorporating stakeholder feedback
Qualifications
Significant experience building scalable, distributed systems in Rust
Deep familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem, particularly the EVM and Execution Layer, as well as reth and consensus mechanisms; hands-on experience working across the entire Ethereum stack is ideal
Self-motivated and independent, and excited by ambiguity and opportunities to develop concrete solutions to nebulous problems
Collaborative and an exceptional communicator
