What’s in it for you?

QuadReal’s Financial Analyst Rotation Program allows participants to actively contribute by finding innovative solutions and delivering impactful results. Participants will sharpen their analytical skills, gain hands-on experience in capital deployment, and manage cashflow transactions. The role also offers exposure to portfolio analytics, optimization, and reporting, while collaborating with teams across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

What the program includes:

  • Tailored Rotations (3 x 8-month rotations): Immerse yourself in various aspects of Finance, including Financial Planning & Analysis and Portfolio Management with exposure to both the international and domestic teams.  Each rotation provides insights into the unique responsibilities of each team and their contributions to the organization’s broader success.   
  • Mentorship: Work closely with dedicated mentors who will offer personalized 1:1 coaching throughout the program. These seasoned professionals are committed to providing valuable career and industry insights, fostering a supportive learning environment, and ensuring your success.
  • CPA/CFA Support: Benefit from the guidance of colleagues who have completed their CPA or CFA requirements, assisting you in exam preparations as you continue your CPA or CFA journey.
  • Meaningful Work: Engage in a variety of tasks that will contribute to the development of key competencies, such as professional values, problem-solving, self-management, communication and teamwork.

What You’ll Experience:

  • ·Financial Planning & Analysis: Assist with management reporting and analysis, driving key insights, recommendations and proposed next steps. Assist with the business re-forecasts across various areas of the P&L. Create and manage financial models used to calculate and project performance under various scenarios.  Maintain and build a comprehensive benchmarking library. Develop and update presentations for both internal and external audiences.
  • ·Portfolio Management (International & Domestic): Drive portfolio insights through scenario modeling, cash flow forecasting, and debt analysis. Gain exposure to the full real estate lifecycle, from acquisition to disposition. Contribute to quarterly valuations, performance metrics, and KPI tracking, while building and managing complex financial models for portfolio analysis. Support the international deal team needs and consider the effect of time zone difference on funding to ensure timely processing. Work with the investment teams to prepare return calculations and analysis for potential transactions, including the creation of cashflow models to anticipate future performance and the presentation of financial modelling outputs and conclusions
  • ·Treasury & Capital Markets: will assist with daily cash management, short-term forecasting, and investments, while assisting in the management of transactions, wire processing, and record-keeping. Additional support around bank administration, including account management, compliance with KYC/AML requirements, and maintaining intercompany debt schedules. Other duties may involve contributing to internal and external presentations, sustainable finance reporting, debt compliance, and asset-level financing.

What You’ll Bring:

  • ·A bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Mathematics/Statistics or Economics from an accredited institution (to be completed no later than June 2025)
  • ·Preference for candidates with previous Finance or Accounting internship experience (private or public)
  • ·A strong academic record with a solid GPA
  • ·Actively pursuing or considering a CPA or CFA designation
  • ·Strong quantitative and analytical skills; detail-orientated with the ability to build and manage complex data sets
  • ·Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey results and articulate key themes and insights
  • ·Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word; familiarity with Argus Enterprise, Power BI, and Power Query is a plus
  • ·A working knowledge of investment and financial markets
  • ·Highly motivated, self-starter with a commitment to continuous learning and development
  • ·Strong problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Requirements:

  • ·Graduation by June 2025 (prior to the program start) or within 12 months of graduation
  • ·Submission of a resume and recent unofficial transcript

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $67,000 - $73,000.

The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.

QuadReal offers a competitive total rewards package in addition to the base pay, which includes a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, a defined contribution pension plan and paid time off.
