A quick run-down of the job

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to bring clarity and structure to our complex revenue ecosystem — spanning both on-chain and off-chain income streams.

You’ll turn messy, multi-source data into clear, actionable insights, ensuring every transaction — from B2B invoices to protocol fees — is accurately tracked, allocated, and reported. This role is highly cross-functional, partnering with Finance, Data, Sales departments.

👉 Highly beneficial: prior Web3 or crypto industry experience — you’ll be working closely with on-chain financial data and blockchain-based income flows.

Please note: This role requires you to be located in EMEA. Your application will not be considered otherwise.

What you'll do
  • Run the backbone of our revenue ops: Own B2B invoicing and A/R for our partners and integrators — making sure contracts, billing, and collections stay smooth and accurate across multiple entities.

  • Be the bridge between Web3 and finance: Be the primary finance owner for all on-chain revenue data. Utilise our dedicated platform (e.g. TRES Finance) and work directly with the Data team to accurately extract, classify, and value passive protocol fees and on-chain earnings.

  • Turn data into clarity: Build and automate dashboards that turn complex revenue streams into simple, actionable insights the whole team can trust.

  • Shape our financial future: Develop and maintain sophisticated revenue forecasting models that accurately blend predictable B2B contract revenue (fiat/stablecoin) with the volatile, data-driven projections of on-chain fees (token-denominated).

What makes a good candidate
  • Extremely preferred: hands-on Web3 / crypto revenue operations experience

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-entity revenue structures

  • Comfortable with large datasets and able to write queries

  • Experience with HubSpot

  • Familiar with Snowflake, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

  • Background in fintech, SaaS, or digital revenue environments

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative

  • Excited to work in a fast-paced, growing startup where you can make an immediate impact

  • Must be located in EMEA

We encourage you to apply if you feel your experience and skills equip you for this job but are not listed here!
