We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Business Systems Analyst to help design, optimize, and scale the systems that power our Go-To-Market engine. This role sits at the intersection of business process, data, and technology, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT to ensure our revenue systems are aligned, efficient, and built for growth.

You’ll translate business needs into system solutions, improve end-to-end revenue workflows, and ensure our GTM tech stack (CRM, CPQ, forecasting, engagement tools, etc.) operates as a cohesive ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:

  • Business & Systems Analysis:
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and RevOps leaders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system designs
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities across GTM workflows
  • Document current-state and future-state revenue processes
  • Revenue Systems Ownership:
  • Support and enhance core revenue systems (e.g., CRM, CPQ, forecasting, sales engagement, enrichment, routing)
  • Configure fields, objects, workflows, validation rules, approvals, and automation aligned to business policy
  • Work in conjunction with other team members to build new system processes to streamline GTM processes
  • Data, Reporting & Governance:
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across revenue systems
  • Support reporting and dashboards for pipeline, forecasting, conversion metrics, and SLA tracking
  • Help define data standards, definitions, and governance practices across teams
  • Cross-Functional Enablement:
  • Act as a trusted partner to revenue stakeholders—balancing speed, scalability, and control
  • Support change management, documentation, and enablement for new processes and system enhancements
  • Assist with UAT, rollout planning, and post-launch optimization

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
  • 3+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
  • Proven business and technical acumen to translate business requirements into functional system designs.
  • Excellent consultative questioning and listening skills to fully understand requirements and pain points.
  • Natural curiosity and drive to improve with a willingness to share your knowledge.
  • Meticulous organization and task-driven nature.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to consult and work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and scope for additional clarity when required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and deadline-oriented.
