Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Renewal Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the Sophos Renewal Business inclusive of Renewal Analytics, Reporting, KPI Administration and SFDC Management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Bring
- Renewal Operations:
- Facilitate business rhythm activities, encompassing Forecasting, KPI monitoring, and project oversight for Global Renewal initiatives.
- Proactively optimize existing processes for efficiency gains.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dynamic dashboards to aid decision-making and track progress.
- Daily Renewal Operations:
- Operationalize and administer sales enablement programs.
- Resolve any impediments encountered by Renewal teams in collaboration with other GTM and GCX departments.
- Strategy and Planning:
- Aid in preparing for QBRs and various meetings.
- Generate insightful analysis reports, compelling charts, and impactful presentations.
- Support alignment efforts between Global and Regional strategies.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations supporting SaaS, Cybersecurity or IT Services organizations.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI and Excel.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, Renewal Sales and compensation structures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
In Canada, the base salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $108,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
