We are looking for a manager with exceptional leadership, organizational, and prioritization skills. Reporting to the Director, Business Intelligence (BI) Services, the Manager of BI Services will lead the development team responsible for data analysis and integration within the Cayenta ERP platform. The primary function of the Manager of BI Services is to ensure that BI requests are responded to and delivered in a profitable and efficient manner. These goals shall be achieved by meeting targets for net revenue and customer satisfaction.
The Manager determines project objectives, deliverables, and resourcing, and develops strategies to transform BI operations by applying leading edge service delivery approaches. This position leads a team to develop and manage system integrations, including service design and business process improvement, provide solution support (including gathering and documenting business requirements, and planning, testing, evaluating systems changes as it relates to integrations. The Manager of BI Services will work closely with project managers, department leads, and Cayenta customer base.

Salary range for this role is $90-95,000 CAD.
What your impact will be:
- Day to day management of BI services resources, measure performance, ensure all staff maintain high levels of customer service
- Establish clear, measurable objectives for the services team, monitor & measure these objectives regularly, providing coaching & discipline as required.
- Obtain additional signed contracts from the customer base for services and products equal to departmental bookings target.
- Monitor the overall performance of the department by tracking and analyzing statistics and trends, providing reporting to the senior Management Team for weekly status meeting.
- Provide proactive customer follow up, communication & issue management. Ensure contractual obligations are met and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Departmental planning and scheduling, using Jira, to ensure BI requests are being met.
- Be a point of escalation for dealing with customers who are unhappy with some aspect of Harris’ services or support.
- Identify and roll out new processes where needed.
- Monitor ongoing customer satisfaction through whatever method necessary.
- Participate in organization of regional, annual Customer Conferences
- Be a technical resource to Sales for RFP completion and support Marketing documentation development.
- Ensure that processes are in place to identify and capture billable items.
- Monitor new opportunities to provide billable services.
- Create, update, and edit functional and technical design specifications and solutions to satisfy project requirements.
- Responsible for the training and development of team members.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in business, computer science, or engineering.
- Proficient with SQL and other common programming languages.
- Experience designing, implementing, and leading projects and/or business process improvement initiatives.
- Experience developing and maintaining working relationships and resolving problems with stakeholders.
- Experience providing business analysis for key application systems with complex interactive business processes
- Experience with system interface and integration design principles.
- Experience with ERP software especially in the Utility market is a huge asset.
- Extensive knowledge of smart meter and AMI principles would be highly beneficial.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Able to perform complex tasks involving datasets and statistics.
- Knowledgeable about agile tactics and methodology.
