Customer Support Analyst – Experienced & Entry Level Positions Available!

Experience is VALUED…
Experienced Sales support/Customer service specialists with 2 years’ sales and automotive industry experience can join our team right away at competitive pay. Also, with added benefits from our commission plans in place*

As a Driven Brands Auto Glass Sales Support Specialist, your job will be to:
- Process orders, invoices, returns in record system.
- Follows standard operating procedures to provide excellent customer service and to maintain and improve orders.
- Maintain communication with customers regarding the ordering process and timing while documenting status.
- Ensure accuracy of all orders.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Communicates information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
All our Customer Support Analysts need to meet the following requirements:
- Must have a sales background for the experienced pay
- Must have a positive attitude and customer service
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must have strong communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus!
- Prior phone or call center experience is a plus!
- Home Internet
- Must have open availability including Holidays and weekends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
