NOTE: This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. 

About the Opportunity: 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across the Americas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and brings both creativity and operational excellence to their work.

You will play a key role in coordinating events (including trade shows, conferences, and webinars), campaign execution, day-to-day website content management, translation workflows, and partner communications. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and channel partners to ensure consistent, high-quality marketing delivery. Strong execution skills, organization, and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this role.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain regional marketing calendars and ensure all deliverables (emails, website updates, social posts, digital ads, event assets) meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Coordinate product launch activities, including external communications (email, social, in-app) and internal readiness communications for the sales team
  • Build and execute email campaigns in Marketo - including scheduling, asset coordination, segmentation, and deployment
  • Help execute social media content by coordinating creative assets, drafting posts, and scheduling through Sprout Social
  • Support digital advertising campaigns across LinkedIn and Google, including basic performance tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, conferences, and virtual events, working closely with the Event Coordinator to deliver a seamless experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on regional initiatives, including campaign execution, partner communications, and internal projects
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all regional marketing materials
  • Support simple reporting and post-campaign performance summaries for internal stakeholders


About You: 

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a marketing coordination or marketing operations role, ideally within a global or multi-regional team
  • You excel at managing multiple projects, clarifying priorities, and staying organized in a fast-moving environment
  • You’re detail-oriented and take pride in producing high-quality work—whether reviewing user-facing copy, setting up a Marketo program, or coordinating event assets
  • You’re proactive, resourceful, and comfortable driving tasks forward with minimal supervision
  • You’re eager to learn and confident using marketing tools; experience with Marketo, Sprout Social, Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a strong plus
  • You have working knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), or are excited to learn
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally across teams
  • You are fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset
  • Experience working with creative teams, external vendors, or channel partners is a plus

Salary Range: 50K-70K annually + bonus (actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity)
