Recruiter

Requirements:

• Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Comfortable speaking for extended periods while maintaining clear, professional, and engaging communication during long discussions or calls.
• Proficient with Google Meet, G Suite, and familiarity with ATS/HR software.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and recruitment requisitions simultaneously.
• Creative background or understanding of CG animation preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

 Responsibilities: 

• Support full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Review reels, draft offer letters, and track candidate progress.Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the hiring process.Assist with general HR administration as needed.
• Recommend process improvements and track recruitment metrics to optimize efficiency.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
• Coordinate interviews and collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify top candidates.
