- Managing recruitment for technical roles across Apera AI
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Screening and guiding candidates through selection, assessment, interview, and offer stages
- Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft postings
About You:
- You are motivated, resourceful, and proactive.

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of tech recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience sourcing technical roles (software development, AI/ML, robotics, or engineering)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, preferably) and LinkedIn
- Able to interview on Thursday through Sunday, September 25-28
Able to start on Monday, September 29
- In-depth knowledge of the Vancouver tech talent market
- Experience recruiting for tech roles related to Robotics or AI
- Creative approaches to enhance candidate experience.
What We Offer:
- Hourly rate of $60 to $70 per hour
