Recruiter
Are you an experienced Recruiter Seeking a role where you can truly make an impact and work as part of a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team?
You will be responsible for all recruitment-related activities, consulting with hiring managers to identify their position requirements, and then facilitate and drive the hiring and pre-employment process.
This role is a permanent, hybrid role of 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am - 5pm.
What does the role involve?
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, from job posting to hire stage.
- Analyse staffing needs and develop/implement cost-effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage HR system (Workday) and ensure candidate data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Build relationships and promote our culture and organisation in an engaging manner both over the phone and via email with candidates and hiring managers.
- Act as the first point of contact for candidate queries and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Determine applicant qualifications by phone screening and interviewing applicants.
- Coordinate a high volume of interviews across multiple stakeholders and gather interview feedback in a timely manner.
- Negotiate and process employment offers.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.
- Process and complete all candidate background checks (e.g Criminal, Occ Health and Reference checks).

- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
