Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be seeking a part-time position in a fast-paced business environment. The selected individual will be charged with the growth and expansion of our national agent footprint through a telephone recruiting campaign. If you thrive on achieving goals, have exceptional phone skills and possess high energy, then MCC Brokerage has the position for you!
The selected candidate will be responsible for the recruiting of new Medicare, Health & Life insurance agents.

Job Description

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Recruit agents via phone to either get contracted or move their existing contract to our firm
  • Cold calling skills and ability to have pinpointed follow-up skills are key
  • Ability to build value quickly and set appointments for further conversations with MCC sales staff
  • Achieve benchmark goals/quotas
  • Self-motivated and energetic
  • Effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills
  • Highly productive while unsupervised
  • Work collaboratively and efficiently as a team member
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Outlook, and Google Sheets
  • Preference given to candidates with Medicare & Health Insurance industry experience
