Provides telephone reception and reservation support for Hilton Québec, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Requires exemplary customer service, fluent written and spoken French and English, reliability, autonomy, flexibility, punctuality, and a dynamic attitude. The part-time role includes day, evening, and overnight shifts, weekday and weekend availability, and full-time availability during holiday and summer periods.

Qualifications- Être prêt à travailler sur des quarts de jour, de soir et de nuit;
- Être disponible à temps partiel soit un jour dans la semaine et les fins de semaine et à temps complet pendant la période des fêtes et la période estivale
- Service à la clientèle exemplaire;
- Bilingue (français et anglais), parlé et écrit impeccable
