Position Summary:
The Quality Engineer Intern will work on quality reporting and assist in the ISO 9001:2015 system maintenance.
Work You will Do:
- Assist in Non-Conformance Report (NCR) system management (Sales Force.com)
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem solving with Manufacturing.
- Support the quality system documentation (Intelex)
- Support on the preparation of Quality Reports and Metrics
- Support the Quality Technicians with inspections of less complex parts.
- Help in maintaining quality management system including process and internal audits as per standard requirements.
- Drive key performance metrics reporting.
Team:
This role will be a part of Quality Team located at Mold-Masters Georgetown head office.
Basic Qualifications:
- Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- Basic knowledge of dimensional drawing interpretation
- Basic Statistical knowledge
- Excellent MS Excel knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- Speak additional language such as German or Mandarin is an asset.
