PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $31.11-$37.88 hourly. The full Pay Range is $24.14-$44.90 hourly. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Employees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Analyze and Report Trends:
Use your analytical skills to collect and evaluate data, producing quality assurance reports that identify trends and uncover opportunities for improvement. - Drive Performance Feedback:
Deliver timely, actionable feedback to leadership, helping identify coaching, training, and mentoring needs while suggesting innovative enhancements to processes and procedures. - Ensure Compliance Alignment:
Collaborate closely with the Compliance team to review documentation and stay ahead of regulatory changes, ensuring business practices align with established standards. - Stay System-Savvy:
Maintain a deep and evolving knowledge of the systems and platforms your team relies on, becoming a go-to expert and trusted resource. - Support Process Documentation:
Work side-by-side with department managers to build and maintain up-to-date documentation that supports process consistency and clarity. - Contribute Beyond the Job Description:
Be open to stepping into new tasks and projects as needed—your flexibility and teamwork will help drive the BU’s success.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent work or educational experience, required.
- Minimum two years of functional experience with applicable fraud experience to include general understanding of policies and practices required.
- Minimum two years of experience working on project teams and developing skills in project methodology, problem resolution, negotiation.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Two years of Quality Assurance experience within Business Unit preferred.
- Two years of experience with business re-engineering, process improvement or systems development preferred.
- Verbal and written skills required to effectively communicate.
