To lead the QA team to test and ensure quality of JavaScript/Typescript based class 3 real money digital Games for markets across the Globe and be responsible for ensuring high quality standards of games being delivered.
These games will be hosted as digital apps (iOS, Android) as well as over web.
What You'll Do
- Will be member of online Digital Gaming team which is responsible for testing iGaming.
- Collaborating with others including, Managers, tech leads, team leads, developers and testers, you'll help devise and deliver innovative solutions, not only for slot games, but core-tech improvements, tooling, processes and business as usual tasks.
- You’ll be part of their success by overseeing quality, mentoring, organizing, automating and supporting the team where needed.
- Forward-thinking with ability to articulate and onboard others to your vision
- Ability to self-organize and prioritize against business requirements
- Planning and risk analysis to make sure the right testing is done at the right time
- Methodological thinking in approach to testing
- Desire to exploit and explore a product to find vulnerabilities
- Experience of test script and test strategy creation and management
- Understanding of delivery life cycles and Agile methodologies

- Ability to communicate and report at a business level
- Ability to mentor, teach and inspire others
- A good understanding of client/server architecture
- A clear understanding of unit, integration, acceptance and system testing
- Knowledge of proxying and experience using Charles, Postman or similar
- Experience testing mobile, tablet, desktop, OS and browser variations
- Exposure to JavaScript and type script, HTML5, web technologies to identify bug, its resolution process, product launch lifecycle
- Work collaboratively with Global team/studio Leads for status updates, guidance and working as one team to deliver defined goals.
- Participation in after business hours calls as per business need.
- Troubleshoots and debugs the code to find the root cause of the issues and provide detailed information to the development team.
- Understanding of Mobile devices and Web applications is a must
- Suggests ideas to improve the overall testing process in terms of tools, processes, test cases etc.
What We're Looking For
- 8-11 years of extensive experience in Manual Black-box testing.
- 3-5 years of experience in leading QA team.
- Familiarity with gambling games and mechanics, particularly slots
- Computer Science or Engineering related degree
- Activity in the global QA community
- Experience writing automated tests scripts, Automation framework exposure
