Position Purpose: Serves as the primary point of contact for dental providers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries and issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Inbox Management & Triage: Serve as the first line of support by monitoring and managing the Dental Provider Relations inbox. Efficiently triage incoming emails, ensuring timely responses and appropriate routing of inquiries.
- Issue Resolution & Escalation: Provide one-step resolution for routine provider inquiries whenever possible. For complex or sensitive issues, escalate appropriately to leadership or designated team members, ensuring clear documentation and follow-through.
- Provider Data Oversight: Assist in the maintenance and accuracy of provider data, including updates to contact information, practice details, and credentialing records. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure data integrity across systems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between dental providers and internal teams, delivering clear, professional, and empathetic communication. Support relationship-building efforts by fostering trust and responsiveness.
- Process Improvement & Support: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery. Participate in departmental initiatives, training sessions, and cross-functional projects as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 0-2 years of experience. Prior experience in provider relations, customer service, or dental administration preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or provider management systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Pay Range: $19.04 - $32.35 per hourCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
