As a Project Manager, you'll oversee projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring they meet goals, budgets, and timelines while fostering collaboration and innovation.
As a Project Manager at KUBRA, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of complex, high-impact projects from kickoff to completion. Acting as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams, you’ll be at the center of communication and collaboration throughout the entire project lifecycle. This is a highly visible role where you’ll provide strong leadership, ensure seamless execution, and deliver outstanding results for KUBRA’s clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
This is a hybrid opportunity in Mississauga, ON.

- Lead projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define goals, requirements, and success measures.
- Anticipate challenges, manage risks, and keep projects on track through proactive problem-solving.
- Leverage AI tools, data insights, and emerging technologies to enhance project efficiency, decision-making, and delivery outcomes.
- Provide clear, consistent updates and reporting to all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Motivate and guide cross-functional teams, fostering alignment, accountability, and innovation.
- Champion best practices in project management while driving continuous improvement.

What skills do you need?
- Education requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, PMP certification, or equivalent project management experience.
- Work Experience Requirements:
- 2+ years of Business Analyst or related experience, and 3+ years Project Management experience with a proven track record of project successes.
- A high proficiency in waterfall, agile, and hybrid project delivery
- Strong expertise in MS Office, MS Project, and project management platforms, including JIRA
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Microsoft Office CoPilot, ServiceNow) and an appreciation for leveraging AI to drive productivity and innovation
- Good understanding of client-server environment (e.g.,AWS, Azure)
