This is a hybrid/remote position located in our downtown Edmonton branch.

The Role
As a Project Manager at Elantis, you’ll be responsible for:
Consulting:
· Facilitating presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
· Negotiating and documenting project changes as needed.
· Supporting Architects in guiding customers to project decisions.
Project Management
· Managing concurrent multidisciplinary project teams using both Waterfall and Agile practices.
· Accurately managing and reporting on all aspects of project financials, schedule, scope, and risk.
· Monitoring and control development and implementation activities for delivery.
· Balancing agile practices with adherence to contracts and ensuring clients receive expected value.
· Applying industry best practices, tools, and techniques to improve Elantis’ project management and organizational change management capabilities.
· Mentoring team members, share expertise, lessons learned, and help to progress Elantis while actively supporting our culture.
