Fortinet is looking for a project manager working directly with R&D, Customer Support and Sales team to manage critical pre-sales feature development and post-sales issue resolution related to Fortinet’s key products. In this individual contributor role, you will manage escalations from the field, understand the details of the customer’s new feature requirements and issues, and track projects until a solution is delivered.


As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Have previous experience in project management, technical support, software development or QA
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • Have prior experience in handling complex customer escalations and working closely with sales and support engineers
  • Possess knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, IPS, Antivirus, Web Filtering, Antispam, etc.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency in responding to field requests, with good judgement on case severity and business impact
  • Exhibit strong communication skills (written and verbal) and professionalism
  • Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $100,000 - $130,000 annually. Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labour market, job type, and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, and experience.
