Remote WFH Full-Time Project Manager

Position Overview
As a Work From Home Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing multiple projects while working closely with cross-functional teams. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation through successful completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
- Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding project status and updates.
- Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient collaboration and workflow.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and overall project performance.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates for leadership.
- Resolve project issues promptly while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in project management, operations management, or a related leadership role preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience using project management software such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, Agile, or other project management certifications are a plus but not required.
