The Role
As a Project Manager in SpryPoint's Portfolio 1 practice, you'll manage transformational utility projects that modernize billing systems and customer experiences for North America's largest utilities. Apply your expertise from prior complex CIS implementations to drive 12-24 month implementations using SpryPoint's cutting-edge platform.

✈️ Travel: 40-60% travel across North America required. Must be able to travel between US and Canada without restrictions.
🚀 Your impact:
- Lead end-to-end transformations from initiation through go-live and stabilization, managing intricate data migrations, system integrations, and business process changes while navigating complex utility regulatory requirements.
- Drive enterprise-level execution by coordinating cross-functional teams of solutions architects and implementation specialists, leading C-level steering committees, and balancing competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
- Own risk and governance by proactively identifying high-impact risks, managing scope changes and contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with utility industry standards throughout 12-24 month project lifecycles.
⭐ Your background includes:
- 5+ years managing large-scale CIS implementations from the vendor or system integrator side
- Multi-million dollar project leadership with enterprise utility clients
- Cross-functional team management across technical, business, and regulatory workstreams
- Executive stakeholder management and C-level presentation experience
✅ Essential requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- 5+ years enterprise PM experience with 12+ month long projects
- Utility industry expertise including regulatory compliance and multi-commodity experience
- Cross-border projects - must be able to travel between US and Canada without restrictions
🔧 Technical expertise:
- Enterprise CIS platforms - experience with complex implementation environments
- Collaboration and productivity tools - Fluent with productivity tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office and others.
- Project management excellence - Experience with web-based Portfolio/Project Product Management tools
- Both traditional and agile project management methodology training
