About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the deployment of Platform Services projects for our customers. The successful candidate will assist in managing smaller-scale projects while supporting queue management and project coordination activities. This fast-paced role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the PMO team, technical teams, sales, and customer stakeholders.

This role is open to candidates based in Canada.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and prioritize the on-hold project queue, ensuring proper documentation and readiness for activation

  • Support PMO initiatives and internal process improvements

  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope new projects and facilitate kick-off preparations

  • Maintain and track project schedules across multiple concurrent implementations

  • Coordinate with technical resources and project teams to optimize resource allocation

  • Support standardization of project delivery methodologies and best practices

  • Assist with internal project audits and quality assurance reviews

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of project templates and tools

  • Partner with PMO leadership to implement strategic program initiatives

What You'll Need:

  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination or related administrative role

  • Basic understanding of IT solutions and implementations

  • Experience in fast-paced environments

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities

  • Basic problem-solving skills

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with IT security solutions

  • Interest in pursuing CAPM certification

  • Experience with project management software

  • Bilingual English/French

CrowdStrike Canada ULC is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in Canada is $68,000 - $90,000 CAD per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. This is Canadian-based employment, and it is expected that all employees maintain legal entitlement to work in Canada.
