The RoleWe’re seeking an experienced PMO Reporting Lead to oversee reporting operations across three enterprise portfolios exceeding $300M in total value. You’ll provide financial oversight, integrated planning, and management reporting at the highest level, driving clarity, consistency, and confidence in decision-making across the organisation.
What You’ll DoLead the Project Management Office reporting function across multiple enterprise portfolios exceeding $300M.
Develop, manage, and deliver all aspects of program, executive, and regulatory reporting in alignment with enterprise standards.
Consolidate complex data across multiple programs to produce clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
Maintain integrated dashboards of financials, milestones, risks, and dependencies to enable proactive decision-making.
Support governance and performance tracking across large-scale, multi-workstream programs.
Proven experience managing PMO or portfolio reporting functions within a complex, regulated enterprise environment.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools, data visualisation, and financial analysis.
Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to communicate effectively across senior executive and regulatory audiences.
Demonstrated success in portfolio governance, performance tracking, and integrated planning.
High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity, accuracy, and traceability.
Experience supporting regulatory reporting for bodies such as the OCC or equivalent.
Familiarity with enterprise portfolio management (EPM) or PPM tools (e.g., Clarity, Planview, or Smartsheet).
Financial services or consulting background within Banking & Payments.
Experience managing multi-workstream portfolios exceeding $300M in total value.
Advanced skills in data modelling or business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Deliver high-impact solutions across the Banking & Payments sector.
