Program Manager (Future Opportunities)

In this role, you’ll oversee multiple interdependent projects and ensure they come together to achieve strategic business outcomes. You’ll bring leadership, alignment, and governance across teams — balancing scope, schedule, budgets, and risks — while keeping stakeholders connected and focused on shared goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine program goals, success criteria, and strategic alignment with organizational objectives.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee execution of multiple interdependent projects.
Monitor budgets, financial performance, and resource utilization across projects.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies.
Establish clear communication channels and provide regular updates to stakeholders and executives.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure consistent processes and standards.
Support change management efforts and ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives.
Track program performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Serve as escalation point for project-level issues and ensure timely resolution.
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin tracking.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Proficiency in program and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet).
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage distributed teams across time zones.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving business priorities and organizational needs.
