What will you do?
We are seeking a highly motivated Professional Services Operations Manager with experience in services to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our CS Operations team, you will oversee and manage cross-functional projects E2E-from discovery to implementation. In addition, you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing customer success processes, focusing on customer onboarding and professional services.
Ideal candidates will combine technical and system analysis skills with business application experience, an understanding of business processes, and a customer-facing approach.
Job Requirements
What We'd Love To See

• You're tech-savvy and passionate about working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• You have strong organizational skills and a proven ability to lead teams and drive impactful changes.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management and Information systems (technical background required).
• Experience with relevant software tools and systems for operations management, such as Salesforce, Asana, Zendesk, SurveyMonkey, Pendo, and Tableau.
• Experience implementing tools and scaling a CS organization is a significant advantage.
• You possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• You have an interest in the HR Tech industry and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
