LayerZero

The Future is Omnichain.

ABOUT THE ROLE

LayerZero is redefining how value moves across chains at internet scale. Our Product team sits at the center of this - shaping how deeply technical systems become usable, understandable, and adopted by the world’s biggest financial institutions, exchanges, apps, and wallets.

We’re looking for someone to work on Product Operations directly with product leadership on the next generation of omnichain value transfer products. This is a high-agency, high-ownership role for someone who loves clarity, structure, and getting things done.

You’ll own documentation of process & progress, cross-functional context sharing, partner-facing materials, data analysis, and supporting GTM. You’ll help drive product execution across engineering, BD, solutions, and comms - ensuring the right people have the right information at the right time.

This is a force multiplier role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Drive Impact: Operate as the execution engine of the product team - creating clarity, closing loops, unblocking stakeholders, and ensuring work moves from “idea” to “done.
  • Documentation & Product Clarity: Translate complex technical concepts into crisp PRDs, specs, FAQs, and partner-facing materials that become the single source of truth for the org.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Maintain context across engineering, BD, solutions, and comms - ensuring everyone understands what’s shipping, when, why it matters, and how to speak about it.
  • Data, Metrics & Insights: Own revenue, fee, and volume tracking workflows and turn raw data into clear insights that guide roadmap priorities and GTM decisions.
  • GTM & Partner Enablement: Support launch planning, one-pagers, BD collateral, internal enablement, and narrative alignment to make sure product updates land cleanly internally and externally.
  • Knowledge Management: Build and maintain structured product knowledge systems - templates, docs, competitor analysis, ecosystem research - so teams always have the context they need.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • You operate with a structured, framework-driven mindset and crisp analytical thinking.
  • You have a high-agency bias to action - you drive work forward, close loops, and get things done without being asked twice, but not afraid to ask twice to get things done.
  • You’re detail-obsessed and produce clean, accurate documentation, writing, and communication.
  • You turn ambiguity into clarity, creating order, structure, and next steps in fast-moving or undefined environments.
  • You synthesize complex technical information into simple, correct explanations that others can use immediately.
  • You’re comfortable with data - able to pull, analyze, and narrativize metrics into insights that inform decisions.
  • You are user-first, and translate feedback into actionable requirements. Users are our priority.
  • Bonus: experience at a company with strong product discipline (Amazon, Stripe, Google, Airbnb, Microsoft, Meta) or meaningful product ownership at a startup; strong writing samples; or familiarity with analytics tools.
