We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to help bring new products and features to market and drive adoption. You’ll be a storyteller, product evangelist, and customer advocate - working closely with Product, Marketing, and customer-facing teams to craft messaging, launch products, and support sales efforts.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead product and feature launches, from planning to execution
  • Develop messaging, content, and enablement tools for internal and external teams
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Create content (presentations, videos, blog posts, web copy) to support go-to-market efforts
  • Champion customer insights through interviews and win/loss analysis
  • Maintain buyer and user personas
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product on feature education and positioning
  • Support pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies
  • Act as a category thought leader through content and speaking opportunities
  • Support Customer Success with adoption and retention strategies

What you bring:

  • 1 or more years in product marketing or product management (Software/SaaS B2B experience ideal)
  • Confident in presenting ideas and crafting engaging content 
  • Product launch experience
  • Great cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Manufacturing or industrial software experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English (French is a plus)
  • Knowledge of frameworks like Pragmatic Marketing, SiriusDecisions, or Strategyzer is an asset
