 Product Marketing Manager 

We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Product Marketing Manager to execute the go-to-market strategy for our product IT Glue. In this role, you will shape product narratives, define positioning and messaging, and ensure cross-functional alignment with Product and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. A key part of your success will be enabling our sales organization with the tools, content, and insights needed to close deals and drive customer value. 
 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Execute the development and execution of GTM strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue for IT Glue. 
  • Messaging & Positioning: Craft clear, differentiated messaging and compelling product narratives that resonate with target audiences. 
  • Sales Enablement: Develop high-impact sales tools, presentations, competitive positioning, and training to empower sales and customer-facing teams. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other GTM teams, aligning product capabilities with market needs and business goals. 
  • Launch Planning: Own end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, ensuring readiness across all functions and channels. 
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and synthesize customer, competitor, and market insights to inform product strategy and GTM plans. 
     

Qualifications 

  • 2-5+ years of experience in product marketing in B2B SaaS or technology. 
  • Proven success in in crafting messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with technical and business audiences.  
  • Experience driving product launches and sales enablement programs 
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and strategic thinking skills 
  • Skilled at turning technical features into clear, customer-focused benefits 
  • Ability to analyse complex market data, customer insights, and usage trends to shape strategy 
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a technical discipline (MBA is a plus).  
  • Certifications from Pragmatic Institute or Product Marketing Alliance a plus.
