Job Description

INTRODUCTION:

We're looking for a passionate and creative Product Marketing Manager to join our team! In this role you’ll be reporting to the Product Marketing Director and working alongside our Brand, Product, and Product Marketing teams to assist in the delivery and execution of powerful go-to-market campaigns that position our product (and product releases) for maximum impact in the market.

Plus, you’ll help drive product and feature adoption, send usage stats through the roof, delight our users, and get them sticky in the product. To make that happen, you’ll get to know our market, customer segments, and product inside and out, then turn that knowledge into innovative angles, creative launches and campaigns, and powerful storytelling.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Product Go-to-Market:

  • Liaise with product marketing managers across segments to understand campaign and GTM needs.
  • Build out the deliverables and content for beta programs and general releases.
  • Support the execution of the product GTM strategy and assist in new product & feature releases; including but not limited to creating content for launch and engagement blogs, brainstorming social media concepts, writing and building out emails and in-app messages, updating our product capabilities, and more.
  • Support releases from concept, strategy, to execution, and reporting.

Product Adoption

  • Support adoption campaign strategies for features and execute the plan alongside the rest of the Product Marketing and Growth Marketing teams.
  • Partner with CSM, sales, product and support teams to ensure training and communication needs are met.
  • Assist in refining our onboarding experience through our in-app tools, and trial email journeys to help customers reach their a-ha moments faster.
  • Work with content, PR, growth, social, CSM and sales teams to improve our product education and training.
  • Support the team in any necessary KPI reporting as needed.

Campaign execution:

  • Support omni-channel campaigns to engage with our key segments where they interact with us; including but not limited to social, in-app web and mobile, push notifications, emails, webinars, events, and more.

Case studies and product use cases:

  • Support/conduct customer interviews to help build compelling customer case studies and testimonials.
  • Look for opportunities to leverage these stories as part of the buyer and education journeys where appropriate.
  • Become deeply familiar with both the most common and potentially overlooked use cases for our product, the way our customers currently use it, and how they might wish to use it.

Product roundups, events, and webinars:

  • Lead the execution of our monthly feature roundups email newsletter from start to finish.
  • Create and manage internal product training sessions for CSM and sales teams.
  • Assist in the execution of a new product preview event to help build more awareness and increase adoption of upcoming features.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 4-7+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of prior B2B product marketing/management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate complex information in a concise and compelling manner.
  • Experience implementing product GTM plans with examples of your work you'd proudly share with us to back it up.
  • Technically savvy with the ability to dive in and understand complex products and their relationships.
  • Ability to effectively convey the product value, key benefits, messaging and positioning to the market.
  • You are highly organized and efficient, juggling multiple projects at once with high reliability.
  • You're proficient with (or willing to quickly learn) Intercom, Asana, Figma, Notion, Sharepoint, Slack, Teams, Salesforce, Pendo and MixPanel.
