This role can be remote in the US or Canada

As a member of the Product Marketing team, you will play a critical role in shaping how MaintainX brings our product story to life. You will work closely with partners in Marketing, Product, and Sales to improve GTM team success and drive interest in our product. This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing.

What you'll do:

  • Messaging & positioning— define messaging that is clear, simple, and impactful. Translate our product’s capabilities into compelling, value-driven messages.
  • Product launches — build and drive the plans to take our products to market and align cross functional stakeholders to execute flawlessly on launch day and beyond. 
  • Revenue enablement — enable customer-facing teams with the right collateral and training so they can close deals faster and more often. 
  • Campaign support — partner with Growth & Demand Gen teams to drive product adoption, upsell, and expansion of new and existing features.
  • Voice of customer — use product analytics, customer interviews, and more to become an expert on our buyers’ needs, goals, and motivations.
  • Partner marketing - drive the creation of assets to support the needs of key partners.

About you:

  • 2-4 years of product marketing experience (or related experience).
  • Experience working with or enabling go-to-market teams across pre- and post-sales teams.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team player who excels at building cross-functional relationships and can influence without authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Bonus if you:

  • Are based in the Greater Toronto or Montreal areas.
  • Have experience serving asset-intensive industries, like manufacturing, distribution, etc.
