Kodif is an agentic AI customer support platform, dedicated to e-commerce companies. Started just a few years ago, we are growing fast serving companies like Dollar Shave Club, JustFoodForDogs or Halo Collar. We use generative AI to automate customer service resolutions, improve agent’s efficiency, and spot product insights. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and creative Product Marketing Manager to join our team and elevate our brand.

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive product content marketing strategy. This role is critical to telling our product story, increasing our brand awareness, engaging our audience, and driving traffic and conversions through compelling content and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a product marketing content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and target audience across blog, website, webinars, conferences, and social media.

  • Orchestrate content creation collaborating with an inhouse designer and external contractors.

  • Curate, and manage all published content (images, video, blog, newsletter, and audio/podcast).

  • Create and execute on content calendar, publishing relevant pieces of content across all platforms

  • Develop and expand a community of CX expert influencers, engage them for webinars and content co-creation.

  • Orchestrate Kodif’s presence at CX conferences and partner events.

  • Collaborate with other departments (product, engineering, sales) to manage product launches, identify key players, and coordinate actions.

  • Stay on top of the latest trends and discourse in CX AI

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing at a PLG SaaS company.

  • Experience in Customer Service field is a strong plus

  • Experience in Event Marketing is a plus

  • Proven experience in producing engaging content for various platforms (blogs, LinkedIn, X, Youtube etc.).

  • Strong understanding of PLG concepts, strategy, and best practices.

  • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.

  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

  • Independent mindset, thrives in a fuzzy early-stage company environment

  • Expert Fluency in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the B2B SaaS for E-commerce industry and/or customer support.

  • Undestanding of SEO levers and web traffic metrics.

  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
