About the role.

As a Product Marketing Manager within Tucows Domains, you’ll collaborate closely with product management, account management, business development, and customer care to launch products. You’ll develop messaging and positioning for targeted go-to-market motions, own customer segmentation and reporting, support product releases, and create product-related content. You'll have a deep understanding of the business, industry, competitive landscape, and channel dynamics that lead to new business opportunities.

This is an individual-contributor role focused on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-quality marketing assets and programs that help grow the business.

This is a completely remote opportunity within the Greater Toronto Area with the expectation of attending onsite meetings, functions, and events upon request. 

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates our value to the market.
  • Know our customers – track our top midtail resellers across products and segments and report metrics on a regular cadence. 
  • Lead product launches and release updates across our Domain Services portfolio.
  • Develop content for thought leadership, sales enablement, and promotional programs.
  • Collaborate with Product Management on release updates and provide related product marketing assets.
  • Research and develop content and positioning for new business opportunities to support our Sales team.
  • Conduct ongoing customer, market, and competitive research that shapes product narratives and campaign development.
  • Own customer reporting, and provide strategic recommendations based on insights.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, content drafting, and competitive analysis.
Qualifications required:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years in a product marketing role
  • 3+ years in a SaaS environment  
  • Proven track record in establishing product marketing practices and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical concepts into clear market-facing messaging
  • Experience working with data to inform recommendations and track performance
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of the domain industry, or related industries
  • Understanding of agile marketing practices (Kanban)

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000. Range shown in $CAD for Canadian residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, experience and qualifications.
