About Flexxon

Flexxon is a Singapore-headquartered hardware technology company engineering embedded storage solutions built for the world's most demanding environments.

From factory floors to hospital wards, vehicle control units to aircraft avionics bays, Flexxon products are built into systems where failure isn't an option and a breach can mean lives, not just data, are at risk.

We're growing our marketing team and looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can identify the opportunities, translate deep technical differentiation into a value proposition that resonates with engineers, procurement teams, and C-suite buyers across five demanding verticals.

The Role

You'll own product marketing for Flexxon's storage portfolio, working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and design to turn technical capability into positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution that wins in Industrial, Medical, Automotive, Aerospace, and Cybersecurity-first accounts.

This is a role for someone who can sit in a room with a firmware engineer in the morning, procurement team at noon and product manager in the evening — and be equally credible in both conversations.

What You'll Own
  • Go-to-market execution — Partner with campaigns, content, design, and events teams to plan and launch product messaging across web, sales decks, trade shows, and digital channels.
  • Cross-functional bridge — Work closely with procurement, engineering and product teams to stay ahead of the roadmap and ensure marketing claims are technically defensible.
  • Customer & market research — Engage directly with design-in customers and industry analysts to validate positioning and surface unmet needs by vertical.
  • Vertical positioning & messaging — Build and maintain differentiated value propositions for each target vertical, translating technical specs (endurance, temperature tolerance, tamper-resistance, real-time threat detection) into business outcomes buyers care about.
  • Competitive intelligence — Track competitor storage and embedded-security offerings; identify gaps and craft positioning that highlights Flexxon's hardware-level advantage.
  • Sales enablement — Develop battlecards, one-pagers, ROI narratives, and technical collateral that arm the sales team for vertical-specific conversations.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of product marketing, technical marketing, or product management experience, ideally in semiconductor, storage, embedded systems, or B2B hardware.
  • Experience with competitive analysis, market sizing, and go-to-market planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate deep technical differentiation into clear, buyer-relevant messaging.
  • Experience marketing into regulated or safety-critical industries (industrial, medical, automotive, or aerospace) is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working directly with engineering teams to understand and accurately represent technical capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can write a technical battlecard and present to a CEO in the same week.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with NAND flash, SSD, or embedded storage architecture.
  • Background in cybersecurity or hardware-rooted security marketing.
  • Experience supporting design-in sales cycles with OEM or Tier 1 customers.
What You'll Get
  • A seat at the table on a fast-growing, technically differentiated product line with genuine category advantage.
  • Direct exposure to CEO-level strategy sessions and cross-functional decision-making.
  • A collaborative team spanning development, SEO/content, design, video, campaigns, and events.

Benefits
    • Self-Managed, Ownership-Driven Culture that empowers individuals to take initiative, make decisions, and create meaningful impact.
    • Employee Recognition & Rewards that celebrate achievements, contributions, and outstanding performance.
    • Passionate, Energetic & Innovative Culture where new ideas are encouraged and collaboration thrives.
    • Positive & Supportive Work Environment built on respect, teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
