The Role
Cash App is seeking a Product Marketing Manager - Card to drive adoption and engagement of our Cash App Card. This role will shape the habituation strategy for one of our most high-visibility products-leveraging rewards, pricing, partnerships, and storytelling to unlock deeper loyalty and usage across our customer base. You'll be joining a strong team of Card PMMs to partner in deepening existing user engagement while also expanding to new audiences.
You'll partner closely with Product, Data Science, Creative, and Brand teams to define positioning, build campaigns, and shape how millions of customers interact with their money every day. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has deep experience in financial services or consumer rewards, and brings both creative and analytical thinking to the table.
You Will
- Strategy & Positioning
- Lead go-to-market strategy for Cash App Card habituation, from launch planning to long-term engagement campaigns
- Develop promotional pricing strategies and benefits in partnership with product to drive enthusiastic growth with existing users and pave the way for growth into other segments
- Craft compelling product positioning and messaging, informed by research, insights, and competitive landscape
- Partner with other Card marketing partners (PMM and others) to create a cohesive story across all card benefits
- Use customer insights and experimentation to inform roadmap priorities and feature enhancements
- Go-To-Market
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (owned, paid, in-app, partnerships) with a focus on evergreen initiatives driving deeper card usage with existing users
- Create compelling recaps and performance insights to inform future marketing efforts
- Identify and activate key audience cohorts to increase Card usage and engagement
- Cross Functional Leadership
- Present marketing strategies to senior leadership, earning buy-in across the business
- Partner with PR, brand, creative, and growth teams to drive awareness and buzz for key moments
- Insights & Measurement
- Define campaign KPIs and measurement frameworks for Card initiatives to track effectiveness and incremental growth
- Partner with Data Science and Finance to measure campaign effectiveness and incremental growth
- Use customer insights and experimentation to inform roadmap priorities
- Track and optimize Card usage and engagement metrics across user cohorts
- Create data-driven recaps and performance insights to inform future marketing efforts
You Have
- 8-10+ years in consumer product marketing, with proven track record of shaping product strategy
- Deep expertise in card products, including: Rewards program design and optimization, spending bonuses and incentives, and the competitive debit and credit card landscape.
- Experience building scalable frameworks for card marketing programs
- Strong POV on card product strategy and growth opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize customer insights into actionable strategies
- Experience using both qualitative and quantitative data to optimize card programs
- Track record of identifying market opportunities and competitive advantages in the card space
- History of driving measurable business outcomes through card marketing initiatives
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior leadership

The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
