We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager for Canada who will own the end-to-end product marketing strategy and execution for the Canadian market. This role is perfect for someone with an owner’s mindset—a marketer who thrives on accountability, has rolled out product marketing playbooks before, and knows how to partner confidently with commercial and sales leaders to drive measurable business impact.

Fluency in both English and French is essential to effectively communicate our value across Canada’s diverse markets.

WHO YOU ARE
  • A self-starter who takes ownership from strategy through execution.
  • A confident partner to commercial leadership, able to align product marketing with revenue goals.
  • An experienced B2B product marketer who has built playbooks, processes, and frameworks that accelerate adoption.
  • A bilingual communicator (English & French) skilled at localizing global messaging for Canadian buyers.
  • A strategic operator who balances big-picture positioning with hands-on execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Canadian Market Ownership

  • Serve as the go-to product marketing expert for Canada, tailoring global strategy for local execution.
  • Own positioning, messaging, and enablement content that reflects Canadian customer needs and industry context.
  • Partner closely with Canadian commercial and GTM leaders to ensure product marketing aligns with sales priorities and fuels revenue growth.

Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop clear, differentiated messaging frameworks that highlight Veriforce’s value in safety, compliance, and risk management.
  • Deliver enablement content in English and French, ensuring it resonates with Canadian buyers.
  • Provide sales teams with playbooks and tools that help them shorten sales cycles and improve win rates.

Go-to-Market & Launches

  • Own Canadian product and feature launches end-to-end—from market readiness to adoption measurement.
  • Create high-impact collateral (case studies, proposals, competitive tools, FAQs) tailored to Canadian industries.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure launches meet adoption and revenue goals.

Enablement & Playbooks

  • Build and roll out product marketing playbooks and processes across Canadian GTM teams.
  • Train and enable sales teams regularly, equipping them with the insights and tools to engage Canadian buyers effectively.

Market Insights

  • Capture and analyze Canadian customer, industry, and competitive insights.
  • Share feedback loops with global product and marketing teams to influence strategy and roadmap decisions.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (12–18 MONTHS)
  • Multiple successful Canadian product launches with measurable adoption and sales impact.
  • A full suite of Canadian-specific messaging, sales tools, and playbooks in place and actively used.
  • Strong, trusted relationships with Canadian sales and commercial leaders.
  • A consistent process for gathering and acting on Canadian market insights.
  • Clear, localized (English & French) release communications that deliver value to Canadian customers and GTM teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of proven B2B Product Marketing experience, ideally in compliance, workforce, energy, or technology-driven industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to own product marketing strategy for a region and deliver measurable impact.
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Proven success in partnering with sales and commercial leadership to drive go-to-market success.
  • Experience developing and rolling out product marketing playbooks, processes, and messaging frameworks.
  • Strong storytelling, written, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pragmatic Institute certifications are a plus.
  • Growth mindset with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
