About the role

  • We are seeking a Product Manager to support and grow our new product offering, designed to provide e-commerce business owners with flexible, efficient, and affordable delivery and logistics solutions. In this role, you will assist Program manager to form the product strategy, ensure alignment with business goals, and create exceptional user experiences. 

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap to tailored to the needs of SMB ecommerce business owners. 
  • Conduct thorough market research to uncover business opportunities for product innovation and growth. 
  • Develop detailed user stories, define product requirements, and prioritize the product backlog to deliver impactful features.  
  • Partner with program manager and development team to refine features, and oversee testing, and ensure successful product launches. 
  • Monitor product performance using key metrics and analytics, and make data-driven decisions to improve user experience and meet business objectives. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to foster continuous product improvement. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in computer science, Interaction design or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of proven experience working on digital products as a product manager, designer, engineer, or data analyst. 
  • Solid understanding of product development and management methodologies. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, with a track record of making data-informed decisions. 
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Work experience in logistics or e-commerce industry is a bonus.
