Joining our team means being part of a passionate group focused on transforming how companies understand and connect with their customers.

Let’s build experiences people love—together.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team in North America. In this role, you’ll lead product execution within a key area of our platform—bringing clarity, building momentum, and ensuring the solutions we ship resonate with real customer needs.

You’ll collaborate with design, engineering, data, marketing, and support teams, helping to shape the future of our platform through thoughtful, user-centered decisions. You’ll own the backlog, define success metrics, and inspire your team with a clear, customer-focused vision—making sure we deliver meaningful value, again and again.

The Team

You’ll join a globally distributed product team, with colleagues across Vancouver, Edinburgh, London, Barcelona, and Paris. While many of us enjoy time together in local offices, remote work is fully supported.

We work closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and UX writers to build the trusted platform that 3,400+ companies use to uncover human insights. We’re collaborative, kind, and deeply user-focused—and we believe that diverse perspectives and inclusive environments lead to better ideas and better products.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, and more to deliver impactful product features

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring work is well-prioritized and clearly defined

  • Define and track key metrics to measure success and drive improvements

  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives to support agile delivery

  • Help shape product strategy through user insight and data-informed decisions

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a Product Manager in an agile SaaS environment

  • Grasp of user-centered design and its application to digital products

  • A proven record of launching and iterating on web-based software

  • Skilled in data analysis and decision-making through both qualitative and quantitative insights

  • Experience delivering AI/ML solutions in products

  • Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly

  • Clear, confident communicator—both written and verbal—in English. Bonus if you have experience taking complex technical concepts and helping stakeholders understand them.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills

  • Comfortable working iteratively in fast-moving environments

  • Familiarity with lean methodologies and evidence-led product design

  • Comfortable working across distributed teams and time zones

  • Experience or strong interest in accessibility best practices

Don’t meet every single requirement but excited about the role?
We encourage you to apply! Research shows that some groups—especially underrepresented ones—are less likely to apply unless they meet every qualification. At UserTesting, we value diverse perspectives and are committed to building a team with a wide variety of backgrounds, experiences, and skills.

Application Process

  • Meet with a Recruiter
  • Meet the Hiring Manager
  • Participate in a Skills Interview and Stakeholder Interview
  • Offer Stage

UserTesting is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a participant in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program.  Women, minorities, individuals with disabilities and protected veterans are encouraged to apply.  We welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives.  UserTesting will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, as applicable.
