Product Manager (Platform Services)

As a Product Manager overseeing Pixieset’s platform services, you’ll have a key part in shaping the core infrastructure that supports over 1 million photographers and creative professionals worldwide. With a strong product sense and deep curiosity, you’ll drive the strategy, optimize platform capabilities, and build a scalable foundation that enhances consistency across our suite of products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure our platform evolves to meet user needs while scaling seamlessly with Pixieset’s growth.

Your Impact

• Influence and lead the platform services roadmap, shaping the strategy and vision to enhance scalability, reliability, and performance
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Leadership, Product, and Design to prioritize and execute platform improvements and feature releases
• Develop low-fidelity wireframes and concepts to explore platform solutions and validate ideas
• Create detailed technical and product requirements to guide platform development
• Collaborate with designers to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across the platform
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and platform performance to identify opportunities for optimization
• Own the platform product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution
• Contribute to delivering a best-in-class platform experience for Pixieset users

Role Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience overseeing SaaS products
• Experience owning technical features or systems
• Experience developing low-fidelity wireframes to validate solutions
• Ability to connect innovative ideas to real-world user needs while navigating business goals
• Proven success collaborating with Engineers and Designers in an Agile environment
• Strong product sense with the ability to conceive winning solutions and deliver an exceptional user experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow you to communicate objectives and requirements
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
• Experience delivering products for creative professionals is an asset
• Technical background or familiarity with software engineering is an asset

The typical salary range for this position is CAD $95,000 - $131,250 annually. Salary offered will be based on skills, experience and market data.
